Waterlows came to Energy looking for help with the implementation of a new brand. The well established estate agent in Highgate, North London, was in the process of raising its profile to the sales side of its business, whilst being mindful not alienate its loyal landlord client base.
Conscious that the only linking factor between the old and new identities was the original TMD Properties brand colour, we devised a marketing strategy that would encourage people to actively engage with 'colouring Highgate blue' whilst subtly introducing the new company name and identity.
We helped oversee the stylistic implementation of its name-change and worked very closely with the client on the new brand across all of the company’s public-facing items, making sure that it would appeal to the market they wished to attract. This included an overhaul of the office façade, all of the stationery, the sales boards and the marketing publicity that would be used to announce the opening of the new office. The reception by the local area has been extremely positive with increased instructions from the very first day.
